Thanks for the report, @Iannery - you're right.

Fix is up in #708. It updates the Files & Links page, plus two other pages that referenced settings from the same reorg (the Markdown viewer default and the code editor's layout/tabbed-viewer options). All paths were verified against the current app source. The issue will close automatically when the PR merges.
