Add the MaaS system availability commitment as a reference page in both languages, from the finalized SLA (section 2 — "Cam kết tính sẵn sàng của hệ thống"): - Monthly uptime commitment: 99.9%, measured as time the API requests are not served, equivalent to no more than 43 minutes 50 seconds per month - Definitions of Monthly Uptime Period, Unavailable State (Downtime), and the Monthly Uptime / Downtime Rate - The two cases that count as Unavailable State - Calculation formulas for each metric - Cases excluded from Downtime: maintenance windows, Force Majeure Event, causes outside Party A's fault, and other cases under the service contract Capitalized contract terms (Unavailable State, Force Majeure Event, Party A) are kept as written in the contract, with a hint pointing to support for the full terms. Link the new page from the Getting Started table on the AI model concept page in both languages, and add a nav entry after Pricing / Cách tính phí.
