chore: fix EditorConfig lint errors (issue #14919)

Description

This PR fixes the EditorConfig lint failure reported in issue #14919.

Changes

• Converted leading tabs to spaces in lib/node_modules/@stdlib/plot/components/svg/path/lib/defaults.json to satisfy the EditorConfig indent_style = space rule.
