Motivation
Prepare the coordinated patch release of
rstack0.7.6 andcreate-rstack3.3.6.Changes
Bump both package versions, update all 27 starter templates to depend on
rstack^0.7.6, and regenerate the native binding loader for the new version.Validated with
pnpm --filter rstack build:native,pnpm build,pnpm check, andpnpm test(374 passed, 1 skipped).
