This PR switches the website to the renamed
@rstackjs/doc-uipackage so shared UI and theme styles come from a single maintained source. It imports@rstackjs/doc-ui/theme.cssfrom the Rspress theme entry and removes the duplicated localtheme.scss.Related Links
