Each class is only registered when its own option is enabled, so the code was already discarded, but its qstrs were added to the pool regardless. Saves around 190 bytes on Move Hub and around 130 on City Hub and Technic Hub. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
