chore: refresh docs tooling and consolidate recovery notes

Refresh the renderer and verification toolchain to htmlparser2 12.0.0, Lucide 1.41.0, Playwright 1.63.0, and Wrangler 4.129.0. The HTML parser's Node minimum is compatible with the existing Node 22/24 workflows; published-anchor dependencies remain pinned.

Land after #153. This final notes PR consolidates its translation-recovery credit and all existing Unreleased entries. The package is a private mirror site published through Cloudflare R2 and the Worker router, with no versioned release to prepare.

Validated with 153 tests, a full 14,995-page build and R2 artifact smoke, desktop/mobile visual smoke, real Chrome search and locale navigation, Wrangler dry-run bundling, actionlint, clean branch autoreview through P2, and green exact-head Docs Code CI and CodeQL. A proof comment includes run links and synthetic before/after images.

Validation for ed4a0827d487e3632b1a62a416c419afddd5d229:

• npm ci and npm test: all 153 tests passed on Node 24.20.0.
• make docs-check: 14,995 pages built, all 630 social-preview cards rendered, Pagefind indexing completed, 60,670 files / 88,687 R2 objects prepared, and full artifact smoke passed.
• npm run docs:visual: desktop, mobile, light/dark, and interactive component checks passed.
• npx wrangler@4.129.0 deploy --dry-run --config wrangler.toml: Worker bundle passed; no deployment performed.
• Live Chrome: searched for onboarding, followed a result, switched to French, navigated the translated page, and expanded the synthetic fixture's accordion successfully.
• Actionlint passed. Final branch autoreview against origin/main is scoped-clean through P2.

Exact-head CI: Docs Code CI and CodeQL succeeded. Slugify and markdown-it-anchor remain pinned to the documented published-fragment contract.

The before/after images show only the repository's synthetic component fixture. The renderer updates preserve its layout and behavior. Land after #153 so the consolidated translation-recovery note describes landed code.
