Go to Settings > Privacy > HomeKit on the device and tap Reset HomeKit Configuration. It is recommended that you delete the ./persist folder in your HAP-NodeJS installation after performing this step to reset things both client and server side. Note that resetting on the client or deleting ./persist on the server will unpair any paired accessories and you will have to re-pair them.
