Translate content: className and Tailwind docs into es, fr, zh

Summary

Mirrors PR #7301 (className and Tailwind arbitrary value support) into the Spanish, French, and Chinese translations.

Changes

• Update 23 translated pages per language: className property rows on component reference pages, inline Markdown support in title props, corrected arbitrary-value claims in customize/custom-scripts and guides/custom-layouts, Tailwind-based image resizing in create/image-embeds, and the new "Style components" section in components/index.
• Add help-center/tailwind-classes-not-applying-in-editor-preview in es/, fr/, and zh/.
• Add the new help center page to the navigation in es.json, fr.json, and zh.json.

Context

Triggered by merge of #7301 (6c53a28). Code samples, block titles, and anchors preserved; internal links prefixed per language. mint validate and mint broken-links pass.

Overview
Brings the className and Tailwind documentation updates from #7301 into Spanish, French, and Chinese, with the same structural changes in each locale.

Across ~23 MDX pages per language, the translations add className property rows on component reference pages, document inline Markdown on several title props, and add a “Style components” section on components/index. customize/custom-scripts and guides/custom-layouts now describe styling components via className, arbitrary Tailwind values (replacing prior “not supported” wording), and editor live-preview limitations. create/image-embeds switches sizing examples from inline style to Tailwind classes.

A new help article tailwind-classes-not-applying-in-editor-preview is added in es/, fr/, and zh/, and registered in es.json, fr.json, and zh.json help-center navigation.
