This repository still uses Yarn for installs, CI, and workspace commands, while the related Nitro workspaces use Bun. The package manager difference makes the example and contributor workflow inconsistent across these projects. This PR switches to Bun 1.3.1 with hoisted dependencies, updates CI and development commands, and replaces the Yarn lockfile.
