Adds the cgm_sensor_notes customization to the menu. The patch (loopandlearn/customization #84) reports abnormal Dexcom G6/G7 sensor states to Nightscout as Note treatments and applies to Loop main, dev and next-dev with a single patch file. Customization #84 needs to merge first, since the script fetches the folder from that repo's main branch.
