looks good. reviewed the full diff: additive awaiting_submission support, matching form-submission guidance, and consistent release versions. corrected the changelog to describe the actual change.
local unit tests and the documented examples pass against these release builds. mocked HTTP checks cover all four statuses, empty discovery, and HTTP 504 with retries disabled. no live browser invocation was performed. CI and BugBot are green; no blocking findings.
