Overview
Release 0.103.0 bumps version metadata and changelog; the SDK changes track three API features.

Config registry resolve accepts an optional intent string on ResolveRequestParam so Kernel can run a deeper browser pass against HTTPS targets. Responses can include workload_outcome (completed, auth_required, payment_required, etc.) when that pass runs.

Managed auth browser config (create/update/login) now supports region (us-east, eu-west, ap-southeast) on ManagedAuthBrowserConfig and ManagedAuthBrowserConfigParam.

Vault AgentCard / Square checkout adds a prepare_checkout item operation via OfPrepareCheckout on VaultItemPerformOperationParams, with required VaultCheckoutContextParam (browser, merchant origin, Square environment). Card state exposes AgentcardCheckoutPreparation and expanded statuses (ready_to_submit, preparing, consumed, …). authorize moves to typed AuthorizeVaultItemOperationRequestParam (replacing VaultItemPerformOperationParamsBodyAuthorize and the shared Authorize constant).
