Picks up gzip-negotiated responses (the SDK had no compression feature enabled, so every request asked for full-size bytes) and a loud failure when the presigned upload's storage client cannot build.

The first bump re-resolved more than the patch needed, moving eight crates' windows-sys edge from 0.61.2 down to 0.59.0. Regenerated with --precise 0.18.1, so the lock diff is now just hotdata, the three new compression crates, and tower-http's feature edges.

Bumps the hotdata SDK from 0.18.0 to 0.18.1. No API changes, so no CLI code moves — the patch enables gzip on the SDK's reqwest build (responses were previously always requested uncompressed) and makes the presigned upload fail loudly when its storage client cannot build.
