Some of the slash commands are no longer available and also some of the command palette options are no longer available on github (or at least is not noted to be usable for users that have a Pro subscription or less). Also the link provided in the Setup Configure and troubleshooting github copilot section leads to a Github Copilot extension that is deprecated and replaced by Github Copilot Chat
