+- Immediate attempts to publish (Marketplace, npm, PyPI)

+Under CC 4.0 Section 6(a), the license terminated automatically upon violation of BY and NC conditions.

+The entire repository https://github.com/gaebalai/vscode-agent-skill-finder should be taken down. The infringer has no legitimate right to any part of this code, as the license rights terminated automatically under CC 4.0 Section 6(a) due to BY and NC violations.

+No partial fix (such as adding attribution) would be acceptable because:  
+1. The NC (NonCommercial) violation cannot be cured by adding credit — the infringer is commercially exploiting the code via VS Code Marketplace (96 installs) and paid consulting ([private], [private] TalkTalk)  
+2. The copyright holder was falsified in the LICENSE file (replaced with "[private] by GAEBALAI")  
+3. This is part of a systematic pattern across at least 5 repositories from 3 different copyright holders  
+4. The infringer operates a registered commercial business ([private]) that monetizes stolen code through paid consulting, corporate training, and SDD framework services

+I also request that GitHub investigate the user account "gaebalai" under the repeat infringer policy (DMCA § 512(i)(1)(A)):
