Bumps only the CLI package version to 1.23.4-alexandria-beta.19 to release the search tool Inspect commands merged in #256. The existing release workflow publishes this prerelease to the alexandria npm tag; latest stays unchanged.
Validation: build, full formatting check, and git diff --check passed.
