Closing this out. version-10.0.0-beta05 (#2486) drops androidx.navigation:navigation-compose entirely in favor of Navigation 3 (androidx.navigation3:navigation3-runtime/navigation3-ui), so this dependency won't exist on master once that lands. Separately, 2.10.0 also bumps navigation-runtime-android's minSdk to 24, which fails our manifest merge at minSdk 23 today. Happy to see a fresh PR from dependabot against whatever navigation3 needs once beta-05 is in.
