I have cloned the cel-expr repo and installed bazel. I can see it in my path as /usr/bin/bazel.
I am in the cel-cpp directory. The OS is Ubuntu-24.04.5. Please tell me the exact command(s) to run
to build everything. The tutorial did not help at all. Explain it to me as if I was a particularly dim 5-year-old.
