[BUG] Documentation script missing new entries

Describe the bug

• Documentation script missing new entries, even on manual run.
• Documentation update check not passed.

Expected Behavior

• Excel rows must be added to the markdown table.
• Documentation update check should be passed.

Potential solution

• Remove check and force generate table every time.
