standalone server

Describe the bug and provide the minimal reproduce step

磁盘满的情况下创建表，返回成功。
写入数据提示磁盘已满。
清理磁盘再次写入数据报以下错误。

What did you expect to see?

数据正常写入
或者正确的错误提示
或者建表失败

What did you see instead?

客户端报错：org.apache.iotdb.rpc.StatementExecutionException: 305: Index: 0, Size: 0

服务器日志：

Anything else?

重启iotdb服务之后能够正常写入
