This PR splits the
ReadOnlyagent mode intoRead AccessandWorkspace Accessand clarifies the remaining agent mode labels and descriptions.The dropdown primarily controls the access Codex is automatically granted, so its labels now emphasize that access level:
Read Access,Workspace Access, andFull Access.Auto Reviewremains named for its distinct approval behavior.The updated descriptions also make approval boundaries explicit: files outside the current workspace and internet access require approval. This replaces the ambiguous “external files” wording and uses a consistent “Ask before…” pattern.
