Problem

Client metadata needs to survive input processing and history reconstruction.

What changed

Preserves metadata through prompt and skill submission, queued inputs, and transcript recovery. Uses display text for titles and summaries, and completes optional media-name types.

This is a testing-only draft and may not be merged.

Validation

528 tests passed across 13 files. Relevant package type checks and lint passed. Full repository build and tests have not been completed.
