fix: Amplitude list creation response shape

Changes

Amplitude's production sync worker and its portal Testing tab read the list ID from our create response at the same configured path, but against different objects, so a single copy of the ID always fails one of them.

• The create response now carries the ID flat (read by the Testing tab) and nested under response (read by the production worker).
• Restores production syncs broken by fix: return only listId from Amplitude list creation #8400.

How did you test this code?

Verified each shape against staging with real Amplitude syncs: nested-only passes production but fails the Testing tab, flat-only the reverse, both together pass both.
