During a rolling PerServerPoints transition, a per-server backend can observe no historical row here and hand the reward to the Bukkit lane while another still-shared backend concurrently claims the same stable operation ID. Because this miss leaves no durable claim, both backends can fire the receive hook and credit their respective balances for one logical reward. Fresh evidence beyond the completed-row mode-switch fix is that only the process-local map spans this read/write gap; reserve the operation in the shared journal before treating a miss as safe for an ordinary credit.
