Docker MCP Toolkit / Gateway timeout issues - "invalid character '>'" error**

Hi! I'm trying to use dc through Docker MCP Gateway but getting
initialization failures.

Setup:

• Docker MCP Gateway running multiple servers (context7, Chrome devtools..)
• All 5 servers work perfectly when limited to this set
• Adding dc causes timeout/failure

Error:
Can't start dc: failed to connect: calling "initialize":
invalid character '>' looking for beginning of value

What works:

• desktop-commander works perfectly when tested individually via stdio
• Docker MCP Gateway works fine with 5 other servers
• Issue only occurs when desktop-commander is added to Gateway

Question:
Has anyone successfully configured desktop-commander with Docker MCP Gateway
alongside other servers? Is this a known limitation or is there a
configuration tweak needed?

Environment:

• Docker MCP Gateway (latest)
• desktop-commander v0.2.16
• Claude Code client
• Ubuntu LTS
