I am using broadcast upload extension for screen sharing which is working fine but i also want to send audio buffer to webrtc but seems like there is no direct way of doing that can you help??

This isn't currently supported by the Google-maintained WebRTC codebase. Peep https://github.com/pixiv/webrtc :~)
