This seems related to #3514. The message that triggered it:

I'd prefer to configure OIDC where possible so every token is short lived.

If that's not possible I'd store it in AWS secret manager or SSM parameters and fetch it on program setup.

Do you have the original message that triggered it? I.e. the message before the edit?

I've tracked the issue down to all kinds of single-quotes being detected as valid ticks everywhere, which would immediately result in your message being recognized as soon as it has at least 4 lines between two single ticks.
