local virtual hosts are considered production environments

less.env is defined as "development" for anything served from '127.0.0.1', '0.0.0.0' or 'localhost'. This excludes local virtual hosts which, personally, I develop on quite a bit. I suggest the logic that defines less.env change to accommodate environments that aren't served from those IPs directly.
