I click on the link for online.visualstudio.com and I get a page that just says default backend - 404.
In GitHub I see a form saying I can Start coding instantly with GitHub Codespaces. Has things changed? Are the instructions in this repository obsolete?
Visual Studio Codespaces is consolidating into GitHub Codespaces - Visual Studio Blog is probably related. If so then probably something should be added to the readme here.
