Update Task Planner to Ignite UI for Angular 22.1

Description

Update the Task Planner application to use Ignite UI for Angular 22.1 and the corresponding supported Angular version.

The application should be updated to follow the current Angular development patterns and showcase how Ignite UI for Angular works with modern Angular features, including:

• zoneless change detection
• strict mode
• signals, where applicable
• standalone components

Any deprecated APIs or outdated implementation patterns should also be updated as part of the migration.
