Multiple Language Support

Hi,
our team is based in Germany, and it'd be nice to be able to select the preferred language for the user view and appointment information. It would also be nice if there would be like a dropdown where the user could change the language to their preferred language. Also, a meeting language dropdown would be nice (configurable by the admin/owner, for example we could say we support german and english meeting language, so those two options could be selectable). If you need help translating to german, feel free to reach out :)

Great idea. Spec'ing it out now. It was on my roadmap but kept to the meat n potatoe jobs first to get the main features working for people.
